By using any of our services at Bright Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, professionalism, and mutual understanding between Bright Studio and our valued clients.
1
General Terms of Service
-
All services provided by Bright Studio—including graphic design, UI/UX design, web development, digital marketing, SEO, and video editing—are delivered based on the scope outlined in the agreed proposal or work order.
-
All project fees must be paid in advance, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
-
Once a project begins, payments are non-refundable, as time and resources are allocated specifically for your project.
2
Client Commitments
Clients agree that:
-
No misleading, plagiarized, or unauthorized content will be provided for use in projects.
-
They will not request services involving unethical practices (e.g., fake engagement, black-hat SEO, or copyright infringement).
-
For SEO and marketing services, the client understands that no specific ranking or traffic outcome can be guaranteed, due to the unpredictable nature of digital platform algorithms.
3
Content Usage & Portfolio Rights
Unless formally requested in writing, Bright Studio reserves the right to:
-
Display completed projects (e.g., designs, websites, videos) in our portfolio, case studies, social media, or marketing materials.
-
Add a discreet design credit (e.g., “Designed by Bright Studio”) in the footer of websites we develop.
4
Hosting & Technical Access
If applicable to web development or SEO services:
-
Client websites must not be hosted on free or low-quality servers that use domain masking or unreliable IPs.
-
Bright Studio may request temporary administrative access to hosting, CMS platforms, or analytics tools (like Google Analytics) to carry out optimization or troubleshooting.
-
The client will supply any relevant content (images, copy, logos) or authorize Bright Studio to create/reuse brand assets as needed.
5
Third-Party Charges
-
Any third-party fees (e.g., domain names, hosting, paid ad platforms, stock media, or SEO listing fees) are the responsibility of the client and will not be covered by Bright Studio unless stated in writing.
6
Content and Legal Responsibility
The client confirms that any materials provided:
-
Do not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
-
Are not defamatory, obscene, or in violation of local/international advertising laws.
-
Do not contain false claims, deceptive offers, or violate any advertising or consumer protection regulations.
7
Service Interruptions
Bright Studio is not liable for:
-
Website downtime, hosting failure, or loss of data due to external service providers.
-
Delays caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, cyberattacks, global outages).
8
Non-Payment Policy
If invoices are not settled by the due date:
-
Work may be paused or withheld until payment is received.
-
Consistent non-payment may result in termination of services and withholding of deliverables.
9
Legal Disclosure
Bright Studio will never share your information without your permission, except where legally required. If requested via valid legal process (e.g., court order, subpoena), Bright Studio may release relevant information in compliance with applicable law.
10
Agreement Acceptance
No physical signature is needed. Your use of Bright Studio’s services, including payment or project initiation, constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and serves as a digital signature.
